Krista joined TheHomeMag in February 2007 in sales for the first-ever franchise for TheHomeMag. Shortly after the initial launch of the Las Vegas magazine, Krista’s service to her clients and peers was glowingly obvious – she is in her element.
Since those early days, Krista became the local manager in the Las Vegas magazine and subsequently deservedly grown to the Regional Publisher role for Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Detroit. As a key senior leader in the organization, Krista is a revered mentor, coach, and true ambassador of TheHomeMag brand.
Shelli Meade | Account Executive
Shelli has been an integral piece of our magazine since December 2008 bringing years of experience in marketing, graphic design and sales. She is the epitome of a “people person” and her genuine interest and dedication to her client’s success is what makes her one of TheHomeMag’s most elite ambassadors in the country.
As an avid horse rider, Shelli approaches every obstacle by looking up, holding on, and getting over it. Her winning attitude, marketing knowledge and spirit of service has assisted her clients tremendously over the years and has earned her multiple awards for client retention and a firm place in our Million Dollar Club.

With twenty years of advertising experience under his belt, Scott Michels joined our team in October 2017. Leah Dumont | Graphic Designer
Leah brought several years of design experience in the printing industry with her when she began working at TheHomeMag Las Vegas in April 2012. Since then, Leah has created, updated, and redesigned well over 10,000 ads while engaging consistently with clients to help them achieve their desired goals.
Leah knows design is about function and results, not just aesthetics. She creates with the sole purpose of lead generation in mind. Her design skills and effective THM ad creation have not only earned her "TheHomeMag Designer of the Year" award, but have the ripple effect of business growth, profitability, job creation, and all around happy clients.
Sara Jimenez | Office Manager
Sara began her career at TheHomeMag in June 2014. Since then she has grown into managing the accounting and support operations for our Las Vegas, Phoenix and Detroit offices.
While happy behind the scenes, she isn't just a supporting player. Her office nicknames are Mama Bear and Eagle Eye. She is fiercely dedicated to supporting the success of our clients and team members. Being a perfectionist at heart, she uses her keen eye for detail when working with financials, improving processes and producing error free publications.
Kylee Beems | Magazine Sales Assistant
Kylee joined TheHomeMag in June 2022 as the Corporate Magazine Assistant for both the Las Vegas and Phoenix magazines.
As an avid Harry Potter fan, Kylee uses her own brand of "muggle magic" throughout all stages of our production cycle to assist our team and clients in any way she can. Kylee is detail oriented, organized, and eager to learn new things - in fact, she speaks three languages! When working with TheHomeMag, Kylee will surely help "clear the path" for your success.
Baylee Dog | Stress Relief Executive/Janitor
Baylee began her career with TheHomeMag in April 2012. She quickly embraced TheHomeMag culture and put her ability to sniff out stress and food to good use. Her motto is “no crumb left behind!” She happily cleans up after meals, cheerfully greets visitors and uplifts her team members on a daily basis.
